David M. Gallagher is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Browne Woods George LLP. He focuses his practice on law and motion and appellate work in state and federal court. He has represented clients in various industries including financial services, film, music, fashion, real estate, surgical devices, janitorial services, dry goods, and military contracting. In the contexts of these industries, he has litigated a broad range of legal issues arising from intellectual property disputes, contractual disputes, and other business disputes.
Mr. Gallagher served as a "Rule 3:03" prosecutor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts during his final year at Harvard. He has worked pro bono for Bet Tzedek in Los Angeles.
Mr. Gallagher is interested in music, literature, and the arts. His photographs were judged "best overall" in the Oxford University Photography Society annual exhibition. His poems won the annual college poetry prize at Magdalen College, Oxford, two years in a row.
