Cheryl Priest Ainsworth is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Browne Woods George LLP. She has extensive experience in case strategy analysis, motion practice, discovery and related discovery disputes, and all critical stages of litigation and trial preparation. She has litigation experience in the fashion industry, technology, professional sports, entertainment and film distribution, commercial contracts, employment law issues, media law and defamation, executive contracts, trademark, copyright, unfair and deceptive trade practices, and commercial real estate.

Ms. Ainsworth graduated first in her law school class and was elected to Order of the Coif. During law school, Ms. Ainsworth served as the Senior Symposium Editor of the Florida Law Review, which published her article titled, "Civil Procedure: The Right to Sue Under Section 1983," 55 Fla. L. Rev. 753 (2003). She received the highest grade in the class in Intellectual Property, Corporations, Legal Drafting, Business Organizations, Intellectual Property Litigation, Employment Law, Criminal Procedure, and Child, Parent and the State. Ms. Ainsworth was the recipient of the Airth, Sisler, Clayton and Warren Tuition Scholarship, the Freshman Scholastic Achievement Award for the highest GPA among first year law students, and a Florida Law Review Fellowship.

Ms. Ainsworth is a Luminary member of Step Up Women's Network, Los Angeles, a professional and philanthropic organization that promotes women in high-ranking professional positions and supports education and opportunities for girls from underprivileged backgrounds. In 2007, she was listed in Florida Trend's Legal Elite Up & Comers and in 2006, she was named one of Tampa Bay's "30 Under 30."
