Alex Stolyar is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Browne Woods George LLP. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. Mr. Stolyar has broad experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of civil litigation in state court, federal court, and arbitrations, from pre-filing through trial and appeal.
After graduating from Harvard Law School, Mr. Stolyar has represented multiple Fortune 500 companies, as well as the Russian government, and has litigated cases involving a broad range of legal issues, including breach of contract, fraud, RICO, trademark and copyright infringement, false designation or origin, criminal trade secret, employment, and commercial real estate.
Mr. Stolyar has litigated cases in California, Illinois, and Rhode Island, and has obtained successful results for his clients through motion practice, at trial, on appeal, and through settlement.
